Aftab leads SIP Consulting’s technical practice. He is responsible for the quality of research designs, SBC and capacity-building products, and multi-sector programme methodologies. He works across in-house specialists and associate consultants so every assignment has a coherent technical spine, a realistic field plan and products that stand up to peer review and donor scrutiny.

Shahid Rahim
Peacebuilding / TVE Expert
Eighteen years with international and national organisations in leadership, strategy and programme management, covering youth development, peacebuilding, conflict transformation, capacity building, social security, women empowerment, rural development and emergency response. He has designed and managed more than 40 inclusive development projects in Pakistan and Afghanistan with partners including USAID, EU, Oxfam, UNICEF, DRL, IUCN, WWF, DANIDA, Government of Pakistan, UNDP, the Norwegian Embassy and NCA. His strengths include sub-award and financial management, BVA review, partner problem-solving, and donor-compliant reporting.

Software project manager and consultant since 2005. Shahid has delivered ERP solutions for real estate, footwear, woollen, hospitality and sugar mill industries, and purpose-built systems for guarding and cash-in-transit services. He also leads AI work, including knowledge-discovery bots integrated with SAP modules, plus document archival and office automation. His practice covers the full SIP technology stack from HRIS and finance systems to analytics and IoT.

Sixteen years as a video animator, motion-graphics artist and graphic designer. Kamran produces animations, films and visual systems for SBC, entertainment education and advocacy, collaborating with technical teams so complex development ideas become clear, memorable content for national and regional audiences.

Muhammad Rizwan Younis
Director Finance
An accomplished financial manager of projects funded by agencies including IRC, the Norwegian Embassy, The Asia Foundation, the European Union, UN Women and USAID. His sector experience covers health, education, literacy, democratic governance, women empowerment, peace and conflict, IDPs and food monitoring. Rizwan oversees ledgers, trial balances, income and expenditure statements, balance sheets and cash-flow forecasts; supports external audits; conducts internal field-office audits; and trains finance staff on organisational and donor standards.

Rabia holds an MPhil in Anthropology and an MSc in Sociology, and is completing fieldwork for her PhD. She brings a distinctive qualitative-research practice to SIP assignments and has taught social-science research courses at well-known academic institutions in Pakistan. She has been involved in key research and evaluation assignments across the firm’s portfolio.

Muhammad Majid Pervez is pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management, with a deep interest in employee behaviour and the cultural dimensions of the workplace. He combines research insight with public-speaking and facilitation skills, and leads SIP’s work on people systems, organisational culture and leadership development.
